In this week’s episode, we are going to talk about tendinosis.

Tendinosis is a type of chronic pain caused by damage to tendons from either injury or overuse. This type of injury goes by many names such as tennis elbow, De Quervain’s disease, jumper’s knee, runner’s knee, shoulder impingement, or general tendinopathy.

When people have tendinosis, they are often told to rest their injury when in reality resting it may cause more harm than good.
