Assisted Stretch

Preferred Stretch is an assisted stretch session where you will be stretched by one of our Stretch Specialists from head to toe to help you feel relaxed and flexible. We offer 25 and 50-minute sessions

  • Stretch Program

    25-minute sessions are perfect for people who are regularly active with only one area needing special attention. Typically these people work out 2-4 times a week by walking or jogging, playing golf or pickleball, and light resistance training.

  • Stretch Program

    50-minute sessions are best for people who have more than one area needing special attention and are on either end of the exercise spectrum. Either they work out 5-7 days a week or not at all. 

During these sessions, you’ll come in and we’ll ask if there are any areas where you are feeling particularly tight. Then you’ll be asked to lay on the table and we’ll get to work moving your stiff joints and stretching your tight muscles.
