Wilma’s Story
What was and how bad was your problem prior to receiving physical therapy?
I had a partial knee replacement. So I had difficulty of the range of motion and the movement and the healing.
What would you say to someone who was experiencing pain but skeptical about physical therapy?
I was referred here by a friend who already had a Success Story. So I tried it out and after the evaluation, I knew I was in the right place. You create a teamwork, a partnership with the people that are here, the people who are involved that work with you. It really elevates your desire to work. It really, without even realizing it, it gives you the inner strength… and the physical strength too!
Out of all the things that you enjoyed about coming to Preferred Physical Therapy, what did you enjoy the most?
My doctor told me that I was way ahead of schedule and I told him “credit to the physical therapist”. Not only are the people who are in charge knowledgeable, they have the background, they have the expertise, and the training. I have no hesitation to recommend this place! Highly!
What were you wanting to achieve and did we help you to achieve it?
The goal was to get back my strength, to go back into my activities, and also to maintain the goal that after the surgery I will not reinjure this again.
