Gary’s Story

How long did you wait before deciding on physical therapy and what was the obstacle?
I came in immediately. I had been to this facility before and the care was excellent and I said, ‘This is where I go.” The staff are excellent. Everybody knows what they’re doing and do it well.

What was it and how bad was your problem prior to receiving physical therapy?
I went swimming and did one lap and my leg was in excruciating pain.

What would you say to someone who was experiencing pain but skeptical about physical therapy?
What’s needed they give. I have no complaints about things that weren’t done – everything was done. I ask questions, I get direct answers. My neurologist said, “I bet they didn’t give you a neck massage.” and I said, “You would be wrong.” It may sound like I’m giving too much good things but I wouldn’t give too much if it wasn’t the way it is. It’s a good place to be. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Out of all the things that you enjoyed about coming to Preferred Physical Therapy, what did you enjoy the most?
They are pleasant. I can’t say enough for all of them! All the therapists, all the techs,  are out there doing their job and helping everybody else that needs it.

What were you wanting to achieve and did we help you to achieve it?
I wanted to be without pain. I feel really good!
