Gary’s Story

How long did you wait before deciding on physical therapy and what was the obstacle?

I’ve had this problem for a while and was going to another clinic but for distance, reasons decided to come here instead.

What was it and how bad was your problem prior to receiving physical therapy?

I was experiencing imbalance and some pain. I was also diagnosed with a restless leg.

What was your pain preventing you from doing?

It was preventing me from my everyday life and normality.

What would you say to someone who was experiencing pain but skeptical about physical therapy?

But your nervousness aside and look at the pluses and come in and try it out. If you’re unhappy about something just talk about it and ask for appropriate help. It’s better to seek professional help and guidance when in need.

Out of all the things that you enjoyed about coming to Preferred Physical Therapy, what did you enjoy the most?

I enjoyed the people the most. They are all outstanding. I also learned how to do exercises and learned how to do them correctly. I enjoyed learning the right exercises for my problem.

What did you want to achieve with your treatment, and did we help you achieve it?

I wanted to get some relief and to get back to some sense of normality. The exercises and activities helped to give me some relief.
