C.D’s Story

How long did you wait before deciding on physical therapy and what was the obstacle?

Only 1-2 months because I wanted to be proactive

What was it and how bad was your problem prior to receiving physical therapy?

I was experiencing hip impingement. It was not affecting me as bad but I didn’t want to wait for it to get worse.

What was your pain preventing you from doing?

Not much yet I tried to do some stretches at home but that’s about it. I didn’t know what to do.

What would you say to someone who was experiencing pain but skeptical about physical therapy?

Don’t put it off because waiting there may be more consequences.

Out of all the things that you enjoyed about coming to Preferred Physical Therapy, what did you enjoy the most?

I enjoyed the friendly environment. You can talk to everyone you’re around and connect with everyone as well.

What were you wanting to achieve and did we help you to achieve it?

Yes, I was able to achieve my goal of preventing further pain and seeking help now rather than waiting.
