Gayle D’s Story
How long did you wait before deciding on physical therapy and what was the obstacle?
I was having extreme pain in my right foot for a year and a half.
What was it and how bad was your problem prior to receiving physical therapy?
I had plantar fasciitis in my right foot, It was pretty debilitating. I tried a chiropractor, injections, and anything I saw on the internet.
What was your pain preventing you from doing?
It was preventing me from playing tennis and being able to hike with my husband.
What would you say to someone who was experiencing pain but skeptical about physical therapy?
I would say to just come to try Preferred Physical Therapy. I have tried many other things and nothing else has worked for me.
Out of all the things that you enjoyed about coming to Preferred Physical Therapy, what did you enjoy the most?
The team approach. It is always a friendly and good environment.
What were you wanting to achieve and did we help you to achieve it?
I wanted to get back to an active lifestyle, being able to hike, walk, and play tennis. I am not 100% percent done but I am 90% of the way there.
