Debby’s Story

How long did you wait before deciding on physical therapy and what was the obstacle?
I waited about three months. My insurance was changing at the time.

What was and how bad was your problem prior to receiving physical therapy?
It was my right arm and it felt like a blood pressure cuff was squeezing it causing my hand to tingle.

What was your arm pain preventing you from doing?
I couldn’t lift anything, push carts, things like that. Carrying bags and opening bottle tops was really difficult too.

What would you say to someone who was experiencing pain but skeptical about physical therapy?
I would recommend them to come in because my results are excellent.

Out of all the things that you enjoyed about coming to Preferred Physical Therapy, what did you enjoy the most?
I appreciated how clean is it and how nice everyone is, like the receptionist and the workers. They were just really friendly and they know your name.

What were you wanting to achieve and did we help you to achieve it?
I wanted to be able to open bottle tops, lift my arm up higher and be able to carry a bag without having a lot of pain and yes I have achieved that.
