What Is NormaTec?

A Dynamic Compression Device Designed For Recovery And Rehabilitation. NormaTec uses a patented Pulse Technology to help athletes recover faster between trainings and after performance.

The NormaTec systems include a control unit and attachments which go on the legs, arms, or hips. They use compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery with our patented NormaTec Pulse Massage Pattern.

How Does Normatec Work?

When You Place the NormaTec on your limb you will first experience a pre-inflate cycle- where the connected attachments are molded to your exact body shape. Then after it will begin compressing your feet, quad, arm, shoulder, or hip (depending on which attachment you are using). This is similar to the kneading and stroking done during a massage. It will then begin compressing in a pulsing manner and then release. This will repeat for each segment of the attachment as the compression pattern works its way up your limb. The Pulse Massage Pattern starts in the foot, hand, or lower hip and moves upwards zone by zone massaging the limb and mobilizing fluid out of the extremities.
