Aaron’s Story

How long did you wait before deciding to get physical therapy?
I waited around two months. I honestly wasn’t sure if insurance would cover the cost.

What was and how bad was your pain before coming to Preferred Physical Therapy?
My back was so sore I didn’t even want to move around that much. It was limiting my daily activities.

What was your back pain causing you to miss out on?
I was dealing with constant back pain throughout the day so driving around was very hard.

Did you try anything else that didn’t work?
Yes I tried medication and icing. Really everything I could and nothing worked.

What advice would you give someone who was suffering from back pain but skeptical about physical therapy?
I would tell them to just do it. Give it a chance and be serious about keeping up with the exercises. I feel like it could help you a lot more. Just listen to the advice of the technicians.

What did you enjoy most about coming to Preferred?
My favorite part was just actually feeling better. Stretching and working out has almost become like a routine.

What were you wanting to achieve and did we help you to achieve it?
The number one thing was to not have pain in my lower back. We worked on my back but we also worked on my front area that’s completely unrelated to my back. Working different spots actually helped out the main spot. I feel much better now.
